Force Majeure Policy

Go Asia Travel.com commits to provide you a simple and efficient refund policy which is applied as follows

1. The bad weather condition

2. The order of local authority

3.Emergency situations

Go Asia Travel.com has the right to cancel the tour immediately and we will refund you in case of:

– Direct booking through Go Asia Travel.com or Alova Cruises.com, we will process the refund in cash immediately when visiting our office 17A Hang Dong Street, Hanoi.

– Booking through Go Asia Travel’s authorized Travel Agents or Hotels, refund will be settled where you book the trip.

Cancellation refund is only valid for the services organized by Go Asia Travel.com or Alova Gold Cruises.com or Alova Day Cruises.com Other services organized by you are NOT refundable.

A. For Alova Gold Cruises 2 days – 1 night

1. Be cancelled before arriving Halong harbor

Free Of Charge

2. Be cancelled at Halong harbor with or without lunch

Charged 20%/ tour price

3. Be cancelled when the customer already on board

Charged 100%/ tour price (including 1 night in 3- star hotel at Halong harbor, meals, transfer back to Hanoi in the next day by shuttle bus or local bus)

Note: Be cancelled at Halong harbor, agreed to join Halong 1 day tour (only applied when 100% customer’ agreement): Charging 820.000 Vietnam Dongs per person (excluding kayaking or bamboo boat)

B. For Alova Gold Cruises 3 days – 2 nights

1. Be cancelled before arriving Halong harbor	Free Of Charge
2. Be cancelled at Halong harbor with or without lunch	Charged 10%/ tour price
3. Be cancelled when the customer is already on board at the first day of tour	Charged 50% / tour price (including 1 night in 3- star hotel at Halong harbor, meals, transport back to Hanoi in the next day by shuttle bus or local bus)
4. Be cancelled when the customer is already on board at the second day of tour	Charged 60% / tour price (including lunch and transport back to Hanoi by shuttle bus or local bus at the same day)
5. Be cancelled when the customer is already on board at the third day of tour	Charged 100% / tour price

Note: Be cancelled at Halong harbor, agreed to join Halong 1 day tour (only applied when 100% customer’ agreement): Charging 820.000 Vietnam Dongs per person (excluding kayaking or bamboo boat)

C. For Alova Day Cruises 1 day

1. Be cancelled before arriving Halong harbor	Free Of Charge
2. Be cancelled at Halong harbor without or with lunch	Charged 50%/ tour price
3. Be cancelled when the customer is already on board	Charged 100% / tour price
