We were picked up form our hotel by arrangement without trouble in Hanoi. This was included in our transfer to Ha Long Bay and the drive down, with the anticipation, was exciting and educating with Sunny (our tour guide) warming us up for the rest of our tour with a great introduction to himself and some facts about his country.

Sunny was a helpful and pleasant guide who took us through all the important components of the tour. I won’t spoil the highlights of what is involved, but the kayaking, trekking through amazing caves and quite simply the views were amazing from the free to roam about boat!
