The manager of Hanoi Family Homestay recommended this company and booked the trip for me. As always, her guidance was on target. The whole outing was well done. The room was nice and clean. Bathroom was excellent. The alova gold cruises was overall very nice. Meals were impressive in quality.

Crew and guide…really outstanding. Lucky was our guide. What a great guy, full of energy and enthusiasm. You get the impression that he enjoys his work, and that is always great to see.
