Alova was recommended to us by Darian Culbert and it did not disappoint. I don’t have any negative comments about this ship, the staff were very friendly, the food was very good and we enjoyed all the activities through out our trip. The best thing was that everyone on the ship had to sit on the same table for meals, which I think was great because it gave us a chance to mingle and chat with everyone on board. I should also mention that our guide Thung (I hope I wrote it correctly) was excellent, his English was very comprehensible unlike the English of many other guides in Vietnam and he always made sure that we enjoyed every moment of our trip. If you’re looking to book this cruise (Alova gold cruises), I would recommend booking through Darian Culbert as their prices were much cheaper than other agencies.
