My brother booked this tour for early December so not sure who he compared it with, but look no further. We were picked up in Hanoi by our guide called “Man”, he was so funny and helpful. The weather was not too good in the Bay so we had to wait for the authorities to allow boats out. In the mean time we had lunch in a hotel close to the jetty. Very well organised bearing in mind there were many cruises doing the same thing.
Once on the boat our rooms were spotless, all the staff were so helpful and it seemed like you were part of a big family. The organisation was perfect nothing was any trouble. The food was even better which was helped down with a well stocked bar and fantastic cocktails prepared by our barman “Chin”.
My advice would be to book 2 nights to enjoy being on board the boat, the food and the atmosphere. If I go back to Halong Bay I shall book this company. One word sums them up “Brilliant”
