We booked this tour through the hotel (Gia Bao Palace Hotel) and we scored Lucky, I’m sure he gets a lot of reviews. Great English, funny but and interesting. We had only half a day of sun but still had a great time kayaking, cooking, drinking and eating. 
If you can request Lucky and take a waterproof jacket if the weather looks average.
