Really jam packed 2 day trip to Ha Long bay staying overnight on the Alova gold cruises. The room was fab, a lot better than we were expecting to be honest. The food was also really good, and they catered well for vegetarians as well. There was always plenty to eat.

It was pretty much non stop from getting on the boat Kayaking, climbing an island to the viewing platform and touring the caves was all included. I might have liked a little extra time to relax on the alova gold cruises but we were very pleased with the trip overall – very good value and we have recommended it others since.

Sunny, our guide, Mr Hung the barman and the chef were all excellent and very attentive.

There were around 18 people on the alova gold cruises in total and we all got on very well which made it a memorable trip.
