Service was good. Our guide Tom was funny and informative even on journey out of Hanoi. Loved the kayaking trip to the cave but somehow spoilt by boatloads of other tourists not sensitive to the pristine scenery and throwing sweets in wrappers to the monkeys. Great food on the boat, especially the dinner with lovely seafood and wonderfully presented. All in all a good trip. p/s did an overnight cruise
