I was traveling alone but felt very safe and well taken care of. The rooms/food/activities were excellent.

The only trouble I had was understanding the tour guide. He spoke English, but his accent was so heavy and he spoke so quickly that it was really difficult to understand him. The other guests told me they also had trouble understanding him. 

I would recommend Alova, I had another day trip with them, with a different guide, and it was wonderful.
