We just arrived in Hanoi and didn’t have much time to compare different offers. We were sure, that we want to go to Halong Bay for one day. So we decided to trust our hotel receptionist. And we didn’t regret it. 
It was a wonderful trip. Our guide was very friendly and his English was quite good. 
On the way to Hanoi we made a stop- in a souvenir shop. I don’t like this kind of touristic locations, but the toilets were clean and we had the possibility to buy some sweets for the long trip. So it was O.K.
I would recommend it to my friends! 🙂
